I am going to use this wonderful smoothie to try to halt the progression from Osteopenia to Osteoporosis in my body. Maybe even reverse it a bit or a lot? I guess the bone loss explains the nasty shoulder fracture I had this summer. I don’t want to jump right to drugs, so I did some research and came up with this smoothie. I will be dividing it up into three small glasses a day to have with meals. I was pretty surprised that it tasted as good as it did. I expected a real overpowering vitamin and kale flavour, but you really could taste the orange juice and half a banana more. I shall keep you posted.
