Would you eat anything cooked at this house?

This is my cat Beamer. He was a barn cat that had been a pet once and dumped. I scooped him up and brought him home with us. He is a delight and frankly our girl cats think he's really hot. (No pun intended) He is the Brad Pitt of this cat world. Allan made a grilled cheese sandwich and found this situation a while later. I guess it's been colder than I realized.

I love how he seems mesmerized by something out the kitchen window. Most likely birds.

  3. Glad you enjoyed it Jane and Mark. That picture still cracks me up. He is just such a darling, sweet cat. You can actually see him in the yard with me in quite a few pictures. He follows me around and keeps me company.

  5. Sorry, I was trying to say:
Cat bum flavour. Omg, still laughing every time I think of it.

Hi Anna. You would? So what are you doing for Christmas dinner? Heehee. Called ya on it.

  7. Well at least you will not get infested with rats - and then hygiene really would take wing.

  8. No rats, no mice. Okay here's a tip for ya. If you have rats, put a carpet remnant in your litter box. Once it has cat pee on it, put it where the rodents are. We had a couple rats in the attic. Did this...never had a rat since. It was immediate.

  10. Well thanks you ninehundred. We think so too. He is as loving as he is beautiful. We were trapping feral kittens at a farm where the woman didn't care about the cats at all. So there was a mama, kittens and Beamer. I would drive in reset the traps with stinky tuna and feed Beamer and go. I decided to take Beamer to the vet for a neuter and took him back. Wink wink. So after a couple weeks of trapping, we got two raccoons, wow they were pissed, one mama and three kittens. Two still live here. So my husband came with me to dismantle the set up and help me lug the trap. I'm sure he was suspicious of the crate in the car. I scooped Beamer up and put him in the car. Allan didn't seem to object, so we adopted him. He was obviously dumped there as he is one of the nicest cats I've ever had.
