It is a good news week. People are dumping word verification at an ever escalating pace. A few weeks ago I was trying to leave a comment on a blog. I didn't count, but I must have tried eight times to get the right words in the little damnable box. I finally gave up. I have never had it on my blog, and I so thankful that so many of you are dumping it. I put the little box on this blog declaring I'm word verification free.
It's a revolution...and we're winning!

ReplyDeleteI don't have it on mine, either, but if I did, this change would definitely make me dump it! Like you, I can hardly figure out those scribbly words. It would be wonderful if everyone would dump it.
ReplyDeleteThat new way Google is doing the word verification is extremely annoying and off-putting. So glad people are getting rid of it and even gladder to hear I'm not the only one battling with it (I was thinking perhaps I'm stupid ...)
