I would be excited too. Until last year I didn't know whether I liked asparagus or not. Never had it before. Now that I have tasted grilled asparagus, I must have more. Yummmmm. The rhubarb is a plant I bought a few weeks ago. Last years 'root' just didn't make it.
Our rhubarb is still slumbering but this year we can pick our asparagus for the first time...just a wee bit excited!
