The Negronne Fig is figging...

The Negronne Fig, or Violette du Bordeaux, was planted three years ago. It has been slow going, but suddenly it is having a growth spurt, complete with more than a dozen figs. Well, how exciting is this?

  1. Wow! That is exciting! Is it hardy or do you take it in for the winter?

  2. Hi Joan!!
The figs are both in the ground. They are hardy here in Sidney BC. I can't wait to pick them!

    1. Oh, and, the only thing we move in for the winter is the citrus trees. They go into the greenhouse.
