Hi Joan, Mark, HG and Brenda. It was such an awesome Christmas. Allan and I have turkey dinner down to a science. We've done it together for about 36 years. It's like a ballet. I tried something a bit different.this time. I watched chef Ramsay put a ton of butter on the turkey. I melted butter and put it on the turkey. I also added some finely chopped pecans to the sausage stuffing. I am really happy with how it turned out. We had mom and dad, my sister Jess and her husband Pat, my Noel and Amanda, and friends Sandra and Kari. It was good. I feel very content!!! Merry Christmas everyone.
