Meyer Lemons

This was the latest batch of Meyer Lemons from my tree. They have now been juiced, frozen in ice cube trays and bagged in the freezer. I think I finally figured out why the leaves on the lemon and lime trees have been so yellow. I will do a post about it shortly.

Weird orange East sky tonight

Tonight I was working in the garden and everything started looking a strange colour. Very much like last years BC Forest fires, but not as yellow. I looked up and the west sky was blue with white clouds, but the east sky had this amazing cloud formation in a dark orange. It was weird.

I went to the garden to take a couple of pictures of my Iris for a friend. I thought you might like to see what is happening in the garden today too.

 

 

This Abraham Darby Rose is huge. Look at it compared to my hand.
