This picture inspires me. I have planted a lot of herbs the past couple years. So I think I need to make herbal vinegars. I have the bottles, I have the vinegar and I have the herbs. Kind of a classic no-brainer.
Wild black cap raspberry is my favorite, but chive blossom vinegar is a lovely shade of lavender. I will be interested to see the method you chose to make them.
delicious on your spring greens and all summer salads with a bit of oil, your choice. I would imagine with the wild black cap raspberry, a few raspberries in the salad would give ita boost to impress.

How fun. I am actually unsure what one does with herb vinegar...but they are beautiful.

I'm not sure what you do with herb vinegar either, Erin. They look too pretty to use. Would love to make some myself. P. x
