Full on Kombucha making.

My Kombucha Scoby (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria & Yeast) is mature and large enough to start my first batch of Kombucha. So here we go!!

I got a lot of my information there. I just googled info on making a SCOBY. I have a post on making the SCOBY on my food blog.

Hi Natalie!! I tried a little bit before I left and it tasted like Kombucha. It is really neat to be able to create a baby Scoby from a bottle of Kombucha and then turn that into a huge bottle of Kombucha. I feel like an alchemist. :-)
